Our preference is that we love to meet to find out your needs. Why changing? What are hot spots? What is your vision? we want to find your happy place. We don't have to, but good to understand the lay of the land, obstacles and desires.
After meeting/talking we provide an estimate to be accepted. Then we can begin to schedule.
Text when in route; arrived and once we leave
Begin doing the work: mow/edge/trim/shrubs/garden bed/mulch/ dethatch. IF any yard bags used, we will leave in your area where the city picks up per schedule. * UNLESS Otherwise worked out for something different.
We will send you an invoice that has the payment options, unless agreed upon other payment plan. PLUS anything that may something to notify you of, ex. broken sprinkler head; dead area of grass; diseased shrub; etc.
